BuildKosmos strives to ensure satisfaction with our financial training and education services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested.
- Course Purchases
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for online courses, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to support@buildkosmos.com with your order details.
- Workshops and Live Training
- Refunds for live workshops or training sessions are available if canceled at least 14 days before the event.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days or for non-attendance.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads, one-on-one coaching sessions, and completed courses are non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted items may have limited refund eligibility, as specified at purchase.
- Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude any processing fees or taxes charged by third-party payment providers.
- Exceptions
